This website is operated by LINKE HORIZON LIMITED (company number 17456254), registered in England and Wales, trading as LUMIVYN NAILS. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked on our website. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Products and orders

We make and prepare press-on nail sets by hand. Product descriptions, photos, shape and size information are provided to help you choose; screens may display colors differently. Please check your selected design, shape, size and delivery address before submitting an order. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; we may contact you if we cannot accept or fulfill it.

Prices and payment

Prices and payment currency are displayed at checkout. Applicable taxes, shipping charges and import charges will be shown or collected as described at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. We may correct obvious pricing or listing errors before accepting an order and will contact you if this affects your purchase.

Fulfillment and consumer rights

Processing estimates, shipping arrangements, customs information and return procedures are set out in our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy. Those policies do not exclude or limit consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. If we cannot dispatch an order within the time promised, we will provide the options required by applicable law.

You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, or use its content in a way that infringes our or another party's rights. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights where doing so would be unlawful. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or that arise from a use of the website or products contrary to the supplied instructions.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without removing any mandatory consumer protections available under the laws of your place of residence.
