Shipping options, charges and any delivery estimates available for your address will be shown at checkout. Some remote or restricted destinations cannot be served; if no shipping option appears for your address, we are unable to accept the order for delivery there at this time.
Processing time
- Ready-to-ship items: usually dispatched within 3–7 business days.
- Pre-order items: usually dispatched within 7–10 business days.
These are processing times before carrier handoff, not delivery times. Some premium or made-to-order designs are made individually after an order is placed, so production timing may vary. Please email linke212121@gmail.com before ordering if you need an estimate for a custom or made-to-order design.
Tracking and delivery
We will send tracking information after the carrier accepts your parcel. Delivery estimates depend on destination, carrier operations, customs clearance, weather and local holidays. Tracking scans may take time to update, especially after an international handoff.
Shipping charges, duties and taxes
Shipping rates and any free-shipping promotion available for your destination will be confirmed at checkout. Import duties, taxes or other customs charges will be shown at checkout when collected by us. Any import charges not collected at checkout may be payable by the recipient where permitted by local law.
If a shipment is delayed beyond the processing time promised, we will contact you and provide the options required by applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.
